In addition to being flexible on timings and clear on pricing, Charlie was friendly and did a smart job, cleaning up after himself once finished. I was particularly grateful for him sealing the hole in the external wall left after removing the old pipework too, which was an additional request which he did happily and tidily. I absolutely love the cooling and heating aspect which I didn’t know air conditioning provided heating which was an extra bonus.
